Role & responsibilities:-
1. Project Coordination:
Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
2. Stakeholder Management:
Communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies.
3. Project Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and meeting minutes.
4. Risk Management:
Identify and report potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
5. Quality Assurance:
Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Budgeting and Cost Management:
Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
7. Reporting and Updates:
Prepare and distribute project reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders.
8. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to Project Managers, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
Preferred candidate profile:-
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role in the real estate or construction industry.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
2. Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
