Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Design and implement automated customer journeys to enhance user experience.
• Maintain data quality and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and CRM technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its various components, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, API Data Extensions, Data Views, Automations, and Journey Builder.
• Strong knowledge of Preference Center, Audience Management, and Segmentation.
• Experience with email coding using HTML, CSS, Ampscript, and SSJS.
• Proficiency in responsive email design coding layouts.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and integration processes.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and automation workflows.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights from data.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimizing for conversions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools relevant to marketing analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
