Designation - Technical Support Engineer

Expected Skills

Minimum 01 years experience in Electronic or Electrical Component repair Industry. 

Board level repairing, Hardware repairing

Details: Experience in Troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and maintaining audiovisual and electronic equipment; operating electronic repair equipment and test instruments; fabricating cables and control panels.

1. Ability to manipulate/operate hand tools, soldering equipment and electronic test equipment, to read data and information visually from electronic test equipment, and to recognize indications of computer or peripheral equipment & mechanical failure/malfunction.
2. Good knowledge in electrical wiring and should have good knowledge in Electronics. 
3. Ability to have good computer knowledge.
4. Ability to think logically to plan, test and repair, equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Ability to utilize various data bases and spread sheets to log and track repairs.
6. Ability to Work Independently.
7. Self-motivated, disciplined, polite and should maintain cleanliness at job.
8. Submit reports on Daily basis. 
9. Able to understand logistic work process. 

Experience

1-2 years minimum

Qualification

B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

Job Responsibilities

1. Repair on designated equipment.
2. Proactive training & preventive maintenance of designated equipment.
3. Basic installation troubleshooting & Online support. (90% office desk job)
4. Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
5. Day off is only on Sunday.
