Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Project Planning
• Develop a project plan, deliverables, timelines and milestones to track progress
• Conduct kick - off meetings of the project to ensure that the team is aware of deliverables and milestones
• Release job orders to Production
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Prepare MIS Reports for Management
Project Tracking & Control
• Ensure all activities of the Operations team are being conducted in line with orders and priorities Purchase, Production, Dispatch and Logistics
Purchase Tracking
• Receive monthly purchase plan from Purchase team
• Ensure purchase is being conducted as per plan such that resources are available for production
Production Tracking
• Share orders and priorities with Production team
• Receive monthly production plan from Production team
• Track if production is being conducted as per plan
Quality Tracking
• Share Inspection Priorities with QC team
• Ensure QAP is being followed
• Ensure Testing documentation is completed as per schedule
Dispatch Tracking
• Share orders & priorities with Logistics Team
Client Grievances Management
• Communicating to Post Order team about the progress of the projects
• Ensure clients receive prompt response & resolution on cases
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed
