Job Summary: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, overseeing daily sales reporting, tracking performance metrics, conducting sales analysis, nurturing vendor relationships, and ensuring target completion and achievement for English Browne India Limited. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can effectively manage relationships, analyze sales data, and drive results to meet company objectives.


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Key Client Accounts
    • Manage Srinagar Company Branch office, Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as SS & Distributors and understand their needs and requirements.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of products and services.

2. Daily Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:

    • Oversee daily reporting of sales activities by sales employees.
    • Track key performance metrics and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide regular updates on sales performance to senior management and relevant stakeholders

    • 3. Sales Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth sales analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market.
    • Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on sales data to optimize performance and drive growth.
  1. Vendor Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
    • Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with vendors to maximize value for English Browne India Limited.

  1. Target Completion and Achievement:
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
    • Monitor progress towards targets and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in key account management, sales reporting, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets.
