Ketto, a leader in medical crowdfunding, is expanding its horizons by exploring new venture opportunities. We are committed to building impactful, scalable solutions in emerging fields. As part of our latest initiative, were establishing a Gen AI product pod to develop automated solutions for internal processes and explore new, innovative Gen AI applications that could potentially spin out into standalone products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Engagement: Plan and coordinate engaging activities that boost employee morale and strengthen company culture.
• Social Media: Contribute in maintaining and growing our social media presence across various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn… you name it!).
• Content Creation: Create engaging Social media content, videos, reels to show off our work culture, post fun videos, edit and other multimedia formats to promote the companys culture and initiatives.
• Feedback & Reviews: Collect feedback from employees on engagement initiatives and track overall satisfaction and improvement areas
• Communication & Team Interaction: Act as a liaison between HR and employees to foster an open, approachable environment. Assist in day-to-day communication with employees and other departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Person who love talking to people and are a pro at expressing your thoughts, whether in a message, video, or face-to-face,
• Have vibes of outgoing, approachable, and can connect with people from all walks of life.
• Who knows the latest trends, loves scrolling Instagram, and can create content that gets people talking.
• Who are not afraid to hit records and know your way around editing apps (like Adobe Premiere, Canva, or something similar) to make content pop.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up on pending action items in a timely manner.
• Proactive & Energetic you don't wait around for things to happen; you make them happen.

Workdays: 5 days a week, from the office.
