Internship Details:
📍 Location: Remote (For Dehradun, Pune, Mumbai candidates), Delhi NCR-Work from office
⏳ Duration: 4 Months

💰 Stipend:
Month 1: Unpaid (Learning Phase)
Months 24: ₹10,000/month (Performance-based)
#KeyResponsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
2. Conduct initial interviews
3. Support senior recruiters in daily operations

Who We're Looking For:
1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
2. Strong communication and multitasking skills
3. A passion for learning and growing in recruitment!
