Job Description
Brief description of the position:
Running of ERP (Navision/Business Central) and Power BI. Ensuring all IT Infrastructure up & continuously upgraded.
- Administration of Microsoft Business Central / Navision ERP, server / Windows Server.
- Training users for Business Central / Navision ERP.
- Solving queries/problems of users in Business Central / Navision ERP, IT, Networking.
- Co-ordination with various departments for proper functioning of IT.
- Co-ordination with ERP Partner in order to remove problems in ERP. Implementation of various updates sent by channel partner.
- Co-ordination with Vendors for Hardware requirements.
- Daily backup & proper maintenance of ERP database backup.
- Modification in reports as per user requirement.
- Daily monitoring of ERP Database.
- Ensure all hardware and networking is documented, maintained and monitored properly.
- Ensure AMC for hardwares at all locations.
- Assist the Warehousing in-charge to get the proper & timely disposal of the E-Waste from the department.
- Ensure proper back up of the data from the server is maintained with third party solutions or otherwise.
