Job Description

Kesaria Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading player in the Rubber Industry. We are committed to delivering excellence through innovative products and customer-centric solutions. We are looking for an experienced General Manager - Sales to lead and scale our sales operations across India, driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships.


Role & responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement the national sales strategy in alignment with organisational goals.
    • Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability.
    • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Team Leadership
    • Build, lead and motivate a high-performing sales team across regions PAN India.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development to sales managers and teams.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and excellence.
  3. Customer Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Resolve escalated issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Represent the company in high-level negotiations and client meetings.
  4. Operational Oversight
    • Monitor and analyse sales metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
    • Ensure effective use of CRM tools and sales systems to optimise operations.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development and supply chain teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  5. Market Development
    • Drive business expansion into untapped regions and new market segments.
    • Develop partnerships and alliances to strengthen the companys market position.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in B2B product sales.
  • Proven track record of managing large sales teams and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong Data analytics and persuasion skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics and customer behaviors
