Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyse the current market to identify growth opportunities for existing products.
  • Study the range of products offered and evaluate how they cater to various customer segments.
  • Organize product demonstrations and tasting events to showcase the value and quality of offerings.
  • Provide training sessions to staff, partners, or customers to enhance their understanding of the products.
  • Develop and maintain a steady flow of potential and existing customers to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Track customer leads, follow-ups, and conversions to sustain the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly reports and other reports as prescribed by line manager.
  • Ensure that sufficient inventory or product availability is maintained to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with distributor to place primary orders to avoid stockouts or delays.
