Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage distributors to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  
• Develop and execute effective distribution channel strategies for FMCG products.
  
• Build strong relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of channel distribution, dealer channel management, and distributor sales principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  
• 0-5 years of experience in distributor handling or related field (FMCG sales/marketing).
