Sr. Engineer / Asstistant Manager- Heat Treatment

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for Coordination with team heat treatment Machine Maintenance & Facility Management activities.

2. Knowledge & Experience in heat treatment Machine like SQF, Gas Nitriding, Nitrocarburizing, Washing machine.

3. Experience in handling the utilities like LPG yard, Nitrogen yard, Ammonia yard & Methanol yard.

4. Monitor and support the shift engineers on time for production concerns.

5. Monitor and maintain as per CQI 9 TUS, SAT, Alaram check list etc.

6. Knowledge and Exposure to OPEX, CIP, Kaizen, Poko yoke, Lean, TPM and 5S

7. Knowledge about the Safety at workplace and proper usage of PPE'S & LOTO

8. Knowledge about the standards like HTSA, IATF 16949/ISO /EOHS.

9. Plan & responsible for Calibration of Heat treatment instruments, Thermocouple, Temperature controller & Pressure gauges

10. Spare part management, Vendor sourcing and resource management.

11. Knowledge about the KPI's and Root cause analysis

12. Adhering to safety law and regulation (Eg: Operational Safety Regulation / OSHA etc.).
