Role & responsibilities

• Achieve desired top line growth, EBITDA margins
• Annual Operating Plan aligning to Groups strategic priorities and goals.
• Minimize operating costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities and capital.
• Strategize and monitor the implementation of initiatives to attract the target patient population.
• Supervising all business affairs of the hospital together with the administrative team, while coordinating in all areas of operation of the hospital
• Develop a relationship with outside organizations, including the medical community, referring physicians, and the media.
• To formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand in coordination with Healthcare Promotions Team.
• Standardization of Packages.
• IPD/OPD NPS Score
• Vendor /Partner/ Agency feedback score
• Employee Satisfaction score
• Doctors engagement Score
• NABH Accreditation

Preferred candidate profile

MBBS/MD/MHA/ MBA Healthcare Management or equivalent having 10 plus years of experience in Hospital Management
