In this role, you will undertake the following duties:

• Good in design of piping layouts for process plants with basic knowledge of Stress Analysis and Materials
• Should have the capacity to work as Lead or as an Area Lead i.e., supervised/ handled 20,000- 40,000 hours on an individual project. Should have independently handled a project / Area with 500-1,000 lines.
• Having appx. 10 personnel reporting to him.
• Knowledge of statutory rules / regulations, global engineering standards.
• Working as per the quality and safety requirement standards.
• Adopting a flexible and open approach towards the needs of projects.
• Versatile & proactive in approach adjusting to the project requirements.

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employees skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employees current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Skills Requirement:

• Perform the following tasks independently/with minimum guidance:
• Lead Engineer of large-sized project.
• Responsible for coordination with other disciplines.
• Responsible for quality of deliverables.
• Planning & Scheduling
• Control of hours.
• Proposal & Estimation.
• Contributes to developmental activities.
• Directly supervises Sr. Engineers, Engineers, Design team.

• The Employee shall observe the Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment and Quality rules of the Company; it s clients and the governing authorities of the host country.Employee is responsible for adhering to all health and safety procedures, reporting hazards or
• incidents promptly, and actively participating in maintaining a safe workplace.Ensure mandatory safety training is completed.

• Familiar with Design 3D Software s- (SP3D, E3D, CADWORX, Auto plant, SP3D, AUTOPLANT).
• Computer Applications: Windows operating systems.

• Masters/Bachelor of Engineering OR Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering from Indian University (UGC approved) or from Overseas University.

• English - Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentation and business communication skills.
• Identify/report technical concerns and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Should be able to attend and drive project and team meetings.
• Drive design reviews with clients efficiently.
• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and practices.
• Identify skill gaps with the project design team and conduct technical training session.
