We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our sales team
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services in designated geographic areas
Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue, establish strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate terms of sales agreements
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and promote its products or services
Requirements:
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a field sales role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Previous experience in the industry or familiarity with the product/service is a plus
