Assistant Manager/Manager - PMS Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
• Build a network of industry contacts and leverage these relationships to generate business leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing HNI clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their financial goals and offer appropriate investment solutions.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Create and present comprehensive business plans and proposals to prospective clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and implementation of client strategies

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry, specifically focused on HNI clients and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
