Position Overview
As a Management TraineeInbound Sales you will be responsible for generating revenues for Ken Research by
generating and converting inbound leads and handling pre-sales client queries from new, existing and prospective
clients and strengthens or builds relationship with the clients.
Responsibility Deliverables:-
\u25AA Doing the initial contact with the leads.
\u25AA Engage with leads effectively.
\u25AA Qualify leads by doing the need discovery.
\u25AA Ensure readiness for further stages and doing regular follow-ups.
\u25AA Gather preliminary information.
Key Competencies
\u25AA Fluency in English (Written + Verbal)
\u25AA Persuasion skills
\u25AA Rapport building skills
\u25AA Telephone etiquette
\u25AA Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PPT
\u25AA Proficiency of internet usage especially social media, data finding and contact building
\u25AA Must be confident with a go-getter attitude
\u25AA Traits: Energetic, Persistent, Willingness to learn, Hospitable, Empathy
