• Independently manage large or multiple projects in BFSI domain.
• Experience in leading projects in waterfall, Agile, Iterative and hybrid project execution models
• Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key senior stakeholders.
• Provide domain expertise, showcase products and solutioning capability, handle and overcome client objections, especially for large and complex deals.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies - Sprint Planning, The Sprint, Daily Scrum, Sprint Demo/ Review and Sprint Retrospective
• A good communicator with effective stakeholder management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Clear understanding of project life cycle
• Skills to multitask between different projects.
• Mentor team in agile practices
