Lead Product Designer - Sketch/Adobe XD/Photoshop (3-7 yrs)

As a UI/UX Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing our digital products. You will own the design strategy for a kind digital suite of products, leveraging customer inputs and user research to define the product design strategy.

This role requires a highly collaborative hands-on individual to partner with stakeholders such as Senior Management, Development, Business, and Market Research individuals to ensure a focused and engaging customer experience at every digital touchpoint.

Responsibilities :

- Understand the experience brief communicated by the Product Owners.

- Create concepts and elegant interface designs accurately tailored for different kinds of users.

- Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.

- Design interfaces that reduce friction during the customer journey.

- Deliver customer and end-user-centered user experiences that build and enhance ZOOP. ONE brand

and customer affinity with attention to detail.

- Guide the team in terms of UX and UI best practices and ensure design quality, across all design competencies, e. g., visual, content, motion, interaction design, prototyping, and user experience research.

- Conceptualise feature roadmap and prioritize the strategy, based on market research, testing, and brand goals.

- Work closely with engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation, and run tests and

maintenance actions.

- Create scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, screen designs, and interactive

prototypes the internal teams and clients can interact with and test for.

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years experience working on a digital product, ideally for a fintech brand.

- Superior knowledge of information architecture, user-centered design, best practices, and the latest

creative concepts.

- Impeccable design eye, attention to detail, and well-versed in using data and customer insights to

influence design decisions.

- Expert in Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.

- Experienced in HTML and CSS.

- Skilled at validating designs through Usability Testing and A/B Test Experimentation.

- Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.

- A degree/certification in Design, Human Computer Interaction or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

- Experience with a distributed team / remote work.

- Experience designing animations and graphics in Adobe Illustrator and After-Effects.

- CSS architecture, SASS, and JavaScript.

- Converting Designs to HTML/CSS code or React Components.
