Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CA's, MBA Finance, CFA etc.) is preferred.

JD Of Operation Manager :

As an Operation Manager within our Alternative Investment Fund, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing various operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. You will work closely with internal teams, external service providers, and regulatory bodies to support the smooth functioning of the fund's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of AIF Structures, Investment Products and Financial markets.

- Liasoning with Fund Accountant, Custodian and RTA for daily reconciliations, investor allocation, NAV reporting, preparing shadow NAV etc.

- Oversee trade processing, confirmation and settlement activities. Coordinate with brokers and custodians to ensure timely and accurate trade execution.

- Liase with investors to address queries and provide updates on fund operations

- Assist in monitoring and analysis of fund performance including investment valuations and performance attribution. Generate performance reports for internal stakeholders and investors.

- Coordinate with investment manager to manage capital calls, distributions etc.

- Monitor cashflows and liquidity requirements

- Assist in the preparations of board materials and presentations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications(e.g., CA Inter, CA's, MBA Finance, CFA etc.) is preferred.

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in operations roles within the financial services industry preferably in AIF or Hedge Fund.

- Strong understanding of AIF Structures, Investment Products and Financial markets.
