Front Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

• File and maintain records.
• Assist the guests/ Candidates/ vendors with meeting room booking, directing query / Interview / issues calls to concerned departments i.e. Operation, IT, HR etc.
• Perform administrative support tasks.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Maintenance of water RO/Dispenser/Washroom hygiene
• Courier Management
• Manage the Housekeeping department and ensure the workplace is clean at the times.
