Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints, queries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide after sales support to customers by resolving issues related to products or services.
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  
• Manage post-sales activities such as warranty claims processing, returns management, and inventory tracking.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in CRM, telecalling, or similar roles.
  
• Strong understanding of after sales service principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
