Position: Zonal Head - Gold Loans
Location: Anantapur(AP), Pavagada (Karnataka)
CTC: Negotiable (No budgetary constraints)

Role Overview:
The Zonal Head for Gold Loans will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of 20 to 30 branches within the assigned zone. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the gold loan business, branch expansion, and overall branch management. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, career-oriented, and possess a deep understanding of the gold loan industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Management:

• Oversee and manage operations across 20 to 30 branches.
• Ensure branches meet their financial and operational targets.
• Implement best practices to enhance branch performance and profitability.

1. Branch Network Expansion:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the branch network within the zone.
• Identify potential locations for new branches based on market analysis.
• Manage the setup and operationalization of new branches.

1. Gold Loan Business Management:

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the gold loan industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the gold loan portfolio.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

1. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch managers and staff to achieve targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for the team.

1. Operational Excellence:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
• Monitor and manage risk within the branch operations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in the gold loan industry.
• Proven track record of managing at least 20 to 30 branches.
• Demonstrated experience in expanding branch networks.
