Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring our products meet customer needs and drive business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products.

Objectives & Responsibilities:
1. Ideation & Market Analysis alongside Competitive Analysis
2. Customer Sampling and Customer need analysis
3. Requirements development with product planning and definition
4. Enhance Value proposition, do product planning and strategy by conducting product roadmap and forecasting
5. Business case development, portfolio planning and analyse and rationalize product portfolio
6. Communicate product plans and strategy with management
7. Project Management, gate reviews and gather customer feedback
8. Develop Promotional Plan, evaluate, define and develop distribution channels
9. Evaluate and define promotional and marketing messages and execute promotional plans
10. Plan test markets and beta tests and manage usability testing, beta testing and test marketing
11. Evaluate and establish pricing
12. Support customers and channel partners
13. Coordinate and manage product launch, monitor the product results and manage product lifecycle
14. Experience or in-depth knowledge on Transport Management System (TMS) and its workflows and processes
15. Preferred Industry and subject matter expert in IT, Logistics & Supply Chain Management and Good exposure on Transport Management System (TMS)
