F&B Trainer

Role & responsibilities

1. Training Delivery:

Conduct engaging and practical training sessions in food and beverage services, covering topics such as customer service, menu knowledge, table setup, and serving techniques. Ensure the delivery of theoretical and hands-on training to enhance student understanding and skill development.

2. Curriculum Implementation:

Implement the prescribed curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and program objectives.

Continuously update training materials to include emerging trends and practices in the food and beverage sector.

3. Assessments and Evaluations:

Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress, ensuring the timely completion of assessments as per program timelines.

Provide constructive feedback to students and identify areas for improvement.

4. Classroom Facilitation:

Facilitate interactive classroom activities, role-plays, and discussions to simulate real-life service scenarios.

Encourage active participation and create a supportive learning environment.

5. Industry Exposure:

Organize exposure visits or guest lectures to familiarize students with industry practices and expectations.

Share real-world experiences and case studies to enhance learning.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports. Prepare and submit reports on training outcomes to the Centre Manager.

7. Operational Support:

Assist the Centre Manager with centre operations, including classroom setup and training logistics.

Collaborate with the Placement Coordinator to prepare students for employment opportunities in the food and beverage industry.

8. Asset and Equipment Maintenance:

Ensure proper maintenance and use of training equipment and materials.

Keep inventory of training tools and notify management of any requirements.
