Job Description
- Understand aspirations, interests and background of students with the help of profile shared by Channel Partners; Conduct detailed profile assessment of students interested in studying in the International universities.
- Advises Channel Partners regarding courses, universities / colleges in various countries, admission requirements, fee structure, scholarships etc., and assist in shortlisting courses and universities that fit the student s profile
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, as may be required, for timely submission and follow-up.
- Getting the application pendency s cleared from partner s end and getting the application submitted to institutions.
- Assist in onboarding of new channel partners.
- Assist Channel Partners with the process for arranging travel and finances, as may be required for their students.
- Advise Channel Partners in resolving their student s queries and other problems, that may arise in the application and joining process
- Facilitate Training for coursefinder.ai for channel partners
- Responsible for maintaining all information / documents and updating systems, as required
- Network with a range of stakeholders - with business unit(s), partners / associates etc;
- Responsible for conversion of Offer(s) to Payment via performing follow-ups with Channel Partners
- Actively contribute to promoting KC in various forums; Advocate KC s well-established established relationships offerings.
Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with command over spoken and written English as well as the local language
- Compassionate and Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem resolution skills and logical thinking
- Result-oriented
- Commercially astute
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Overseas Education Industry for UK/Australia/Canada student recruitment
