Job Description

• Co-ordinating with all the departments and Follow-ups on the Project.
  
• Building Good Relationship with all the Sites supervisors/Sales team,

Designers.

• Submitting the Invoices on time.
  
• No errors in Projects.
  
• Follow-up on providing good services on assigned timeline.
  
• Drawings have to prepare
  
• Achieving Project TAT
  
• Need to complete the Task assigned by the Manager/ Team Lead
  
• May be responsible for direction, Analysis and reports involving.
  
• Sales person/Dealers Guidance related sites need to be recorded and
  

submitted to Reporting manager

• Basic computer knowledge for using word processing (Microsoft Office Suite),
  

knowledge of business management/inventory software.

• Must excel in a deadline driven environment which will require working
  

overtime in support of the company booking and revenue period ends

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered
  
• Sets up work area with supplies and keep work area clean
  
• Prepare a Product quote with the Proper Discounts offered by the company
  
• Uses a good working knowledge of product planning, product lead time, post
  

processing lead time, and project management principles to prepare draft

Order Commit milestone schedules and/or Promise Dates

• Confirms that orders are scheduled by operations in a timely manner and is
  

responsible for coordinating Order Commit development with the team

• Will help recognize and interpret operational trends, making smart
  

recommendations to site leadership.

• Submit the Invoice and follow-up on the payment
  
• Communicates with partners, Dealers, Designers and engagement managers
  

regarding the status of the order and keeps them apprised of their order

status
