Financial Controller (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

- Manage the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders for financial matters.

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
