DGM - Engineering - Pharma (13-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Maintenance & Engineering team for all plant operations and preventive maintenance.

- Ensure equipment qualification, utility operations, and electrical/civil project documentation.

- Oversee adherence to SOPs and HSE rules.

- Participate in audit compliance and report to Quality Assurance.

- Apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for effective maintenance practices.

Criteria:

- Minimum 3-5 years as the Engineering head in a USFDA-approved API manufacturing company.

- Experience with GMP, safety, electrical, utility, and preventive maintenance.

- Must have faced at least one USFDA audit.

- Strong background in TPM and proven leadership skills, managing teams of 40+ staff.

- Certified energy auditor preferred.

Qualifications:Full-time BE/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Skills:

- Expertise in TPM and PM Module in SAP.
