Facade Sales Manager

Job Summary-

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing sales strategies & managing client relationships.

Job Responsibilities-

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Ensure contracts are signed and agreements are fulfilled.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Oversee sales projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Establish and foster key client relationships to enhance business opportunities.
• Implement sales strategies and plans.
• Ensure the effective execution of sales initiatives.

Desired Candidate-

• The candidate should be well networked with facade consultants, architects and aluminium fabricators in the region.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the construction or facade industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of facade products and the construction market is desirable
