Finance Associate

Accounts AssociateWe are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting systems, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping procedures.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day purchase, receipt, and payment entries.Process vendor invoices efficiently and ensure proper documentation.Maintain and update daily accounting transactions.Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices (including e-invoicing) using Tally Prime.Generate and manage bills & invoices as per business requirements.Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies.Prepare bank deposits and perform regular reconciliations.Maintain stock analysis and assist in inventory management.Possess a working knowledge of GST, TDS, and related tax compliances.Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and ensure adherence to financial regulations.Skills & Qualifications:Strong expertise in Tally Prime, particularly in invoicing.Good knowledge of MS Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.Ability to work with accounting systems and ensure compliance with invoicing procedures.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
