Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals, drive customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to the growth of the brand.
You will work closely with the marketing team, sales, and leadership to develop comprehensive marketing plans, execute campaigns, and track performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support overall business goals and objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and define target audiences to design marketing campaigns that engage and convert customers.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with company vision and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social media, events, etc.
- Develop campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to measure success and ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns across all channels.
Customer Insights & Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and pain points.
- Develop customer personas and journey maps to guide targeted marketing efforts.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track customer behavior, campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Brand Development & Positioning:
- Assist in defining the brand's positioning, voice, and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Work on enhancing brand awareness and ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure all content is aligned with the brand's identity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, sales teams, product managers, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company goals.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials, collateral, and lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.) to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and achieve KPIs.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of marketing initiatives, including insights on what's working and areas for improvement.
- Analyze campaign data, customer engagement, and other metrics to refine strategies and ensure maximum effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy development, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor and optimize marketing performance.
- Proven ability to design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and drive business results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing plans to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to understand customer personas, segmentation, and buyer behavior to inform strategy.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms
