Project Manager - Operations

About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager - Operations to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing key projects, and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives within the Operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in handling cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee operational projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Develop and track project timelines, budgets, and resources. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Monitor and report project progress, providing insights and recommendations. Implement process improvements to streamline operations. Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and company policies. Key Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in operations, supply chain, or related fields. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
