Oracle Cloud Consultant - VBCS Module (5-7 yrs)

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience working with Oracle Sales Cloud CX and VBCS, and possess a strong grasp of Redwood-specific development techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy VBCS extensions, action chains, event listeners, and other components within the Redwood framework.

- Modify existing Redwood pages to meet specific business requirements.

- Ensure seamless integration between Redwood and existing CX Sales customizations.

- Leverage Oracle CX Sales extensibility features to enhance Redwood functionality.

- Possess a strong functional understanding of OOTB CX Sales and Digital Sales offerings.

- Ability to analyze and solve complex business problems, both explicit and implicit.

- Research and resolve complex issues effectively.

- Experience in migrating ERP Redwood user interfaces to the cloud platform.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in VBCS, including JSON and JavaScript.

- Knowledge of Redwood interactions with existing CX Sales customizations.

- Understanding of Oracle CX Sales extensibility concepts.

Required Qualifications :

- 5-7 years of experience with Oracle Sales Cloud CX and VBCS.

- Deep understanding of Redwood implementation and development.

- Strong functional knowledge of OOTB CX Sales and Digital Sales offerings.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with ERP Redwood UI migration.

- Certification in Oracle Sales Cloud CX or VBCS.
