Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Pune

Type: Internship (Full-time/Part-time)

Internship Duration: 3 or 6 months

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in ensuring smooth HR operations and employee engagement activities. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Recruitment Support
• Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Maintaining the recruitment database and tracking hiring progress.
2. Employee Engagement
• Assisting in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Gathering employee feedback through surveys or discussions.
• Helping in organizing team-building events and wellness programs.
3. HR Operations
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
• Assisting with onboarding formalities for new hires.
• Supporting payroll processing by collating required data.
4. Learning and Development
• Coordinating training sessions and workshops.
• Maintaining training schedules and feedback.
5. Policy Support
• Assisting in drafting HR policies and communication.
• Researching HR best practices for policy enhancement.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Interest in the NBFC/BFSI sector is preferred.
