Role & responsibilities
To use necessary tools to repair /Laptop.
To repair the Desktops/laptops (L2).
To replace the motherboard, keypads, displays, and touch panels
To repair faulty LCD screens & faulty batteries
To fabricate broken plastic body parts, Hinges, etc.
To test any new parts that are installed
To keep records of repairs & fixes for future reference.
Building, testing, and installing machines
Troubleshooting software and hardware problems including Windows 10 and Drivers
Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing customer returns
