Manager - HR & Admin

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will lead HR strategies, manage day-to-day administrative functions, and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the hiring process, including onboarding and orientation programs.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement necessary improvements.
• Generate periodic HR reports for senior management.
• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Responsible for all admin activities such as manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers, ensure the workplace is safe, clean, and conducive to productivity etc.
• Maintain and manage accurate and confidential employee records, administrative documentation, including agreements, licenses, and approvals etc.

• Salary Scale: 5L to 8L PA with PF
