Job Description

Role brief:


We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Process Trainer & Leadership Development Trainer to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering process training programs to ensure employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their current roles. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in preparing internal leaders for higher roles by equipping them with leadership capabilities to help them succeed in their future promotions.


Role description:


Process Training Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver training programs focused on process improvements, operational procedures, and company-specific practices.
  2. Analyze training needs by assessing employee performance, skill gaps, and department requirements.
  3. Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and process documentation.
  4. Conduct hands-on and virtual training sessions for employees across various teams and departments.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  6. Provide coaching and one-on-one support to employees to ensure adherence to processes and continuous improvement.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and process innovations to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.

Leadership Development Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement training programs that foster leadership skills and readiness for promotion among internal candidates.
  2. Identify and assess potential leaders within the organization and develop tailored leadership training programs.
  3. Create engaging content for leadership courses, including communication skills, decision-making, conflict resolution, and team management.
  4. Facilitate leadership workshops, seminars, and development programs to prepare emerging leaders for their next step.
  5. Mentor and guide emerging leaders, offering personalized coaching to help them develop leadership competencies.
  6. Collaborate with senior management to align leadership training programs with organizational goals and future leadership needs.
  7. Track the progress and success of leaders in training, providing continuous support and feedback for growth.


Collaboration and Communication:

  1. Work closely with HR, department heads, and team leads to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives and strategic goals.
  2. Foster a positive learning environment through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Report on training outcomes, leader progression, and potential gaps to leadership and HR teams.
  4. Continuously improve training methodologies by integrating feedback from participants and managers.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Proven experience (3+ years) as a process trainer or corporate trainer in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Demonstrated experience in leadership development, including designing and delivering leadership training programs.
  4. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  5. Ability to assess employee and leadership potential and provide personalized coaching.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  9. High proficiency in using training platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Certification in training or leadership development (e.g., CPLP, TTT, or similar).
  2. Experience with leadership assessment tools or competency frameworks.
  3. Familiarity with change management strategies and coaching methodologies.
