Senior Business Intelligence Engineer - Data Analytics (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Are you a passionate Business Intelligence (BI) professional with expertise in Salesforce Einstein and Tableau? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. BI Resource to join our growing team in Noida, Jaipur(Hybrid) or any location in South India (Remote).

In this role, you will play a key role in :

- Leading and mentoring a team of BI developers focused on Tableau.

- Designing, developing, and implementing advanced BI solutions using Salesforce Einstein and Tableau.

- Translating business requirements into actionable insights and visualizations.

- Partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful project delivery.

- Staying up-to-date with the latest BI trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports using Salesforce Einstein Analytics and dashboards.

- Leverage Einstein Analytics features like Discovery, Predictions, and Segmentation for data exploration and analysis.

- Utilize SOQL queries to retrieve data from Salesforce objects and structures.

- Integrate Salesforce data with other data sources for comprehensive analysis.

- Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau.

- Design and implement data models to optimize query performance.

- Create complex calculations and visualizations to deliver meaningful insights.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures.

- Work with data warehouse teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

- Identify and recommend opportunities for performance improvement.

- Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, providing guidance and technical support.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related field

- Proven experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Tableau

- Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts

- Proficiency in SOQL and Salesforce query languages

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA preferred)
