UI / UX DESIGNER INTERN

Katomaran Technologies is looking for a UI/UX Designer Intern. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback, and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to provide project manners and inevitably execute based on outlined criteria. This candidate should have strong creative and design skills and be familiar with various design technologies.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1) Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

2) Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

3) Good knowledge of content creation and smart surfing and proofreading.

4) Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like using design tool software Figma or Adobe XD.

5) Able to create the user manual for the product.

6) Develop design solutions for various platforms.

7) Establish consistent brand and creative designs.

8) Communicate ideas with project managers using mock-up and look books.

9) Collect feedback from project managers and adjust approach to cater to criteria.

10) Build sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline structure.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

 

1) Portfolio of design projects.

3) Good time-management skills.

4) BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.

5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6) Creative and innovative thinker.

7) Experience in prototyping tool- Figma or any other tools.

 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors (Preferred)
