Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Computer Vision and Video Analytics Engineer to design and implement AI-powered solutions for real-world video analytics applications. The role focuses on developing algorithms for object detection, tracking, and classification, as well as optimizing these models for deployment on edge and cloud platforms.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Develop and implement computer vision algorithms for object detection, tracking, and classification.
2) Work on video analytics solutions for real-time and batch processing applications.
3) Optimize and deploy models on edge devices and cloud platforms.
4) Analyze video streams to extract meaningful insights and automate processes.
5) Collaborate with the data science team to preprocess and annotate video data.
6) Debug, evaluate, and improve model performance using metrics like precision, recall, and latency.
7) Maintain and update documentation related to the development pipeline.
REQUIRED SKILLS 1) Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2) Proficiency in Python, OpenCV, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
3) Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and hands-on experience with CNNs and RNNs.
4) Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
5) Good understanding of video encoding/decoding standards and file formats.
6) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS 1) Experience with edge AI platforms like NVIDIA Jetson.
2) Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
3) Knowledge of software development best practices.
Work Experience 1-3 years (required)

Coimbatore.
Candidates from Coimbatore are preferred or should be willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
