Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that generate demand and increase brand awareness
Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels, including SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies and messaging
Lead the development of our marketing plans. Working closely with business heads, creative and content teams, and distribution partners to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services
Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including the design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
Manage the conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales.
Hold regular meetings with account managers to review pipeline, resolve challenges, present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team consistently performs above standard.
Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, tracking campaign performance and ROI
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and media outlets
Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Basic Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in digital marketing
Experience working in an IT company
Strong experience with demand generation strategies and tactics, including email marketing, social media advertising, PPC, SEO, content marketing, and account-based marketing
Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drove demand and increased revenue
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Eloqua
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals
Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies
