HCM Cloud/Talent Mgmt/Functional

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud , with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in Talent Management modules .
• Familiarity with Core HR and other HCM Cloud modules is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Oracle Cloud configurations and setups.
• Understanding of HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, and Oracle Reporting Tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).

Functional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
