Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a strong understanding of server-side technologies and cloud-based solutions.

Experience with microservices architecture and database optimization is highly desirable.

As a Backend Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and efficient backend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic to power web and mobile applications.

- Develop and integrate APIs and services using modern frameworks and technologies.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between client-side and server-side systems.

- Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and security.

- Implement and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and high availability.

- Utilize microservices architecture to build modular and maintainable solutions.

- Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and frameworks, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues efficiently.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain deployment workflows.

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer.

- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.

- Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with serverless architecture and frameworks.

- Knowledge of performance optimization and caching strategies.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
