Sales Enablement Content Specialist

Location: [Onsite at Bangalore, India]

FTE, US Shift 8 AM to 5 Pm EDT [6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST]

The Sales Enablement Content Specialist will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and optimizing content that supports our sales teams efforts. This person will be responsible for creating engaging and effective sales enablement materials, ensuring that our sales force is well-equipped with the tools and information they need to succeed. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for content creation and a strong understanding of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, compelling content for sales enablement, including presentations, brochures, case studies, whitepapers, email templates, scripts, and other sales collateral.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and supports the sales cycle.
• Sales Training Material: Produce training materials and resources that help sales representatives understand products, value propositions, competitive advantages, and market trends.
• Content Management: Maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement content, ensuring that materials are up-to-date, easily accessible, and organized.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement content, using metrics and feedback to continuously improve and refine materials.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, product management, and other departments to gather insights and information that can be leveraged in sales content.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to create relevant and impactful content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all sales enablement content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation, marketing, sales enablement, or a related role.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Showpad, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure content effectiveness.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Knowledge of the MSP industry and its products/services.
• Certification in content marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
