Sales Manager (Territory: Karnataka, Telangana, Kerala, Gujarat)

Sales Executives/Sales Managers (Water Supply Products, Fire Fighting Products, Fire Extinguishers division and Bath Fittings Division for PAN India Operations.

About the Role/Current Opening:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who would be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives for the assigned territory The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing tours for approximately 2 to 3 weeks per month within the designated territory. During non-tour days, the candidate will report to either one our offices located in Jalandhar/Delhi or Hyderabad. Reports marketing and sales results to Reporting Authority.

Job Location: Jalandhar / New Delhi / Hyderabad (Which ever is near to candidate)

Experience: 2-7 years (Similar field in any industry)

Salary: Competitive Salary + Incentives

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (Preference will be given to MBA candidates)

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• To be prepared for Outstation Touring (15-20 days a month)
• Good Personality & Effective Communication Skills.
• Good at making relations and maintaining team spirit.
• To meet our Dealer / Distributor network regularly and create a bond.
• To meet architects and consultants for approval of product or brand.
• To visit projects/construction sites and understand their requirements and promote our products and create business.
• Passionate to present & sell our products to new customer.
• To follow up for orders & payments from our existing customers on regular basis.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through advertising, networking and social media and identify potential buyers and customers in your area.
• Conduct sales promotional activities regularly.
• Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

Languages Required: English, Hindi & Punjabi

Age Preference: 25-30 years
