To assist the supervisor to prepare the various report
To follow up with the parties for day to day to requirement
Co-ordination with seller
Preliminary negotiation with the parties
To assist the supervisor to forward comparative statement to the purchase manager for final negotiation
Complete the formalities after the approval of the supplier
Drafting letters
Corresponding to the suppliers regarding their queries
To assist the supervisor in day to day activities
Cash purchase
Reliving the goods from the transport
