Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and vendor management, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Execute recruiting efforts, including conducting market research, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, managing the talent pipeline, coordinating interviews, and extending offers to candidates.
  • Manage HR activities - including employee engagement, relations, performance management, HR tooling, and stakeholder management.
  • Provide expert guidance, coaching, and continuous feedback to team members to optimize performance levels and foster goal achievement.
  • Manage administrative and HR operations to ensure smooth functioning across the office.
  • Serve as a point of contact for colleagues who require assistance in various areas within the employee lifecycle.
  • Responsible for various day-to-day office operations and administration.
  • Enhancing the employee experience.
  • Handling critical areas of the lifecycle such as leave management, reporting, benefits administration, event planning and execution, expense management, travel arrangement etc.
  • Develop and maintain HR data records including managing active and inactive employee files.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in HR preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Flexible to work in a high-paced environment.
  • 1+ years of professional experience in HR.
  • Adept in MS office applications - MS Excel, Outlook and Word required.
  • Meticulous, strong attention to detail, and highly organized
  • Must be deadline-driven, results-oriented and organized with solid understanding of the impact of this role.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrated teamwork mentality and willingness to help where needed to support the overall success of the organization.
  • Advanced ability to handle multiple tasks and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with team members and cross-functionally within the organization.
