Technical Trainer / Java Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Providing training on Java, Python, Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate and other IT related courses
• Preparing the training materials and assessments
• Describing examples / creating scenarios / case study on Finacle platform to explain the target audience
• Must be able to work independently without the supervision of a senior person
• Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
• Determine course content according to objectives
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
• Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
• Ability to resolve all technical queries of students
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
• Willing to learn new tools and technologies.
• Supporting the Finacle Team

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have 6 to 15 years of Java Training experience (preferred)
• Candidate must be open to travel for an on-site training occasionally to different location (accommodation will be provided by the company)
• Strong knowledge of Java, Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate are preferred
• Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
