• Polite and courteous manner in welcoming and addressing the visitors
• Skill to handle challenging calls in a professional way
• Foster effective communication, create a welcoming environment, and represent their organization with the utmost professionalism.
• MS office, Excel, PowerPowerPointpoint skill

• Visitors management
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence calls, email messages.
• Time management
• Guide members to respective concerned PIC and navigate
• Appointments, reservations and follow-ups
• Administrative support
• Meeting room booking and management
• End to End-to-end end reception and front office management
